It's from Maria La Del Barrio. The crazy bitch is Soraya, who is mega rich, in love with the kid she stabbed [Fernandito], has guardian custody over the girl in the wheelchair [Alicia] and is completely batshit insane. She freaks out when she sees Fernandito kiss Alicia and begins to attack Alicia as well as her caretaker, who tried to protect her. The crazy bitch slams the caretaker repeatedly until the caretaker is knocked out and the guy gets stabbed as she yells that he's gonna pay her back and claims no one will embarrass her. Alicia thinks Fernandito is dying when the fact is he's being a little bitch. The guy in the suit grabs and restrains the crazy bitch, who blackmails him into saying nothing and makes up crazy stories later on to cover for the unconscious caretaker as well as the stabbing. The other people present in the room don't do much to help and are convinced by the guy in the suit to shut up even though he's also completely scared for his life as well as his family's, seeing as his father is a high power judge who can lose credibility and influence over this. Soraya, the crazy bitch, thinks she can get away with it because of money.
Furthermore: Fernandito ends up getting dropped off at the hospital and left alone, passed out due to blood loss. The maid is taken away and a doctor is supposedly called though really she's left to just suffer as the girl in the wheelchair is locked in the room by Soraya. The guy in the business suit comes by the next day and sees the caretaker was never cared for and Soraya finally agrees to actually call a doctor but only of her choosing so she can pay him to cover up for her. "The stupid elderly maid fell down her stairs and I found her" is what she claims and the doctor doesn't question her. Fernandito regains consciousness at the hospital, his parents are called and his Mom, Maria la del Barrio, claims vengeance. His Dad, who works as some kind of lawyer or DA, calmly goes to the police station to demand a search warrant since he is told the girl in the wheelchair and the caretaker may be in danger within Soraya's cold 80's posh/prep mansion.
I've seen this novela multiple times growing up and I think it's on Hulu lol. It's actually pretty good story plot wise (& the acting is hilarious).
