This manual was entered into evidence in UNITED STATES OF AMERICA v.
USAMA BIN LADEN, et al., S(7) 98 Cr. 1023. It is Exhibit 1677 and is
refered to as "Declaration of Jihad Holy War Against the Countries,
Tyrants, Military Series" (Day 37 of the trial, May 1, 2001).
After Tuesday's events I imagine that all court records pertaining to
this case have now been sealed. There is an almost complete
collection of the daily transcripts available at
http://cryptome.hackerdojo.com/usa-v-ubl-dt.htm
Several days are missing, as are all of the exhibits (exhibits are
rarely considered subject to the Freedom of Information Act since they
often contain copyrighted material and physical objects).
