Почитал ещё немного медицинский журнал bmj.com, вразброску. Понравилось одно высказывание, завершающее некое письмо в редакцию, опубликованное в журнале:

One of my permanent regrets is that I didn't buy a book I saw in a second hand bookshop when I was a student. I have no idea what the subject matter of the book was, but I feel sure it would have helped me through life. Its title was Right Answers—A Short Guide to Obtaining Them. I particularly like the fact that it was a Short Guide.
