Помилуйте, это контаминация двух бородатых советских анекдотов. В одном из них вернувшийся из космоса польский (извините) космонавт объяснял, отчего у него все руки красные (советский коллега лупил по рукам и приговаривал: "Ничего не трогай!"). В другом же описывался совместный полет: задачи обезьяны ("управлять полетом и вести наблюдения") и монгольского космонавта ("кормить обезьяну").
