Р. и я летим завтра (вторник вечером) в Лондон и будем там 12 дней.

:)) same with me and the National Gallery.

but the Tower is, imho, almost a must for a first-time visit to London. the beefeaters doing the guided tour are incredible, the crown jewels are fabulous, and the new restored part of the 13th century palace is very good.

but I'm a bit of a medieval freak, which must be taken into account.

I'm not a big fan of prisons
for me the National Gallery is a must
go there almost every time I visit London

Мне в свое время повезло, я в обеденный перерыв мог туда забредать на полчаса каждый день. Приходил в какой-нибудь зал и полчаса рассматривал. Скоро оказалось, что знаменитость имен роли не играет, везде одинаково волшебно.
