Учите мат. часть. Диспетчер был невиновен и сделал все, что было в его силах, но ошибся. Он был один, у него не работал телефон (потому что кто-то затеял ремонт сетей в тот день) и он не мог связаться с немецкой стороной. На принятие решения у него было очень мало времени. Показания экспертов на суде однозначны. И теперь, после его смерти, приговорить тех, кто реально виновен будет очень трудно. Спасибо Калоеву, ага.
