Откуда берутся эти люди?

Россия вынуждена была первой дать реакцию ответственной страны (с тысячелетней практикой цивилизованнного государствования) против субъектов со случайно оказавшимися в руках "госправами".

Не умеющий водить шофер - преступник за рулем - и должен быть снят с дороги.

erm nope, the difference is that in US and UK, justice is the aim, whereas in Russia, justice is a tool.

I heard, justice is always tool in politics practices.
And despite latest events RF is still far to become a world ГАИ.
And it is wat RF is heading to - to become a world ГАИ. And what determines it is corruption its very broad meaning. Corruption of the kind when justice is not considered at all and only rigt of mightful matters.
