Снова не соглашусь.
Толковать закон - дело юристов. Применять закон - дело суда. Люди же, которые высказывают МНЕНИЯ по тому или иному поводу, рассуждают о том, как правильно разрешить ту или иную ситуацию с точки зрения своего понимания морали. Для того же, чтобы сказать dura lex sed lex - много ума не надо. Особенно если это уже произнесено за две тысячи лет до тебя.
