I think this is not a course: in Hebrew it is called פרוייקט, which means, I think, that this is a sort of "extra-curricular activity". On the other hand, they have "Scientific writing for PhD students" which I have never seen at Math departments.

It does give credit though, so it probably isn't extra-cirricular in the usual sense. I'm not sure of the semantics of a project versus a course.

I guess it's a "course" in the sense of "a discrete unit of activity which grants credit points towards various degree requirements, has an assigned lecturer, definite time-slots, an entry in the course list etc.", but perhaps it's not a course in the sense of "time is mostly spent by students listening to the lecturer".

So maybe it's like a seminar, where students prepare and give talks each week on subjects relevant to gender equality? Or do you think that it's just a way for a student to coordinate doing some individual reading/writing with the lecturer and get credit for it (but then what's the point of having a time slot)?

Are you sure it gives credit? How to verify this?

Hmm, actually I'm not sure. I thought I saw someone in an earlier thread saying so, but turns out I misinterpreted it. I don't know if it gives credit, but I've never seen a course listed in the _yedion_ that doesn't, and it would surprise me.
