Новое (для меня) слово: froufrou.

Merriam-Webster говорит:

Etymology: French, of imitative origin
Date: 1870
1 : a rustling especially of a woman's skirts
2 : showy or frilly ornamentation

Лингво говорит:

1) шелест, шуршание женского платья, юбок и т.п.
2) затейливое украшение, вычурный узор (особ. на одежде и т. п.)

Слово было обнаружено в глупой статье о том, как автор в 57 лет решила стать "женщиной для сопровождения".

Froofy (adj. meaning frilly, showy, somewhat ostentatious), although I can't find it listed in any dictionary (e.g.; froofy dress, froofy drink).
