AT -- это не власть, которая выбрана и действия которой мы можем обсуждать в терминах "правильно/неправильно". AT -- это хозяева, а мы гости, поэтому как AT решило, так и правильно. Нет, неверно. Между ЖЖ и его пользователями существует контракт, и правильно так, как написано в этом соглашении. АТ - это один из органов enforcement данного договора.

То же самое можно найте в любом контракте на онлайновую службу, это совершенно стандартный пункт, и смысл его - хозяин службы может выкинуть любого пользователя когда захочет, без предупреждения, без возврата денег, по любому поводу, или без него вообще.

А то что над этой цитатой, вы пропустили? Напомню, там написано: Guidelines. Т.е. рекомендации. И между прочим, не мешало бы процитировать дальше первого пункта рекомендаций, например второй:

Should any Content be reported to LiveJournal.com as being offensive or inappropriate, LiveJournal.com might call upon the poster to retract, modify, or protect (by means of private and friends only settings) the Content in question within a reasonable amount of time, as set forth by the LiveJournal.com staff. А что такое "inappropriate content" определяет abuse team, бо на это создан и вооружён плюсомётами. И если кому не нравится - скатертью дорога. IMNSHO, они и так чересчур добрые.
