Resume означает не только "curriculum vitae", но также "summary".

..and moreover, "resume" means "cv" in American language only, not in English. I do realize all that.

BUT: you have to admit at least a possibility of 2 differing interpretations.

Я не вижу этой возможности, извините. Точнее - да, можно прочитать, как вы предлагаете, но это прочтение не естественно, не придет в голову обычному читателю этих стихов, и не подразумевалось автором.
